Truck Driver falls asleep at the wheel causing fatal collission

In Washington State a truck driver fell asleep, crossed the center line of a  highway and collided with a car and a school bus. The 22 year old driver of the car died from his injuries. 43 students riding in the school bus were taken to the hospital, treated and released. One year ago, the same truck driver was cited  for crossing the center line causing a collision with injuries in this same area.

If you or a loved one has suffered injuries from an accident involving a truck, it can become more complicated than a regular automobile collision.    The truck driver who was involved in the crash most likely does not own the truck he is driving, which means the truck is owned by a separate company who must be brought into the case as well.
